Community Workforce Strategy
We work with colleges and universities, schools, government agencies, economic development groups, business associations, and non-profit organizations to improve collaboration and community responsiveness. This includes strategic planning, initiative design, case-making support, and policy development
New Growth partnered with JumpStart, Inc. and the Richland County Foundation to develop an economic development strategic plan for a legacy manufacturing community in Central Ohio. New Growth’s focus on workforce services resulted in the creation of a business-facing workforce development service in the county.
